Keep security decisions connected from product planning through the next release.

What this covers

Questionnaire and RFP support, SOC 2 and enterprise-readiness guidance, architecture review before features ship, model-provider risk, policy, and the security voice in your customer conversations.

What you get

Senior security leadership for the decisions that cannot wait. Advisory only, with no on-call or attestation signing.

Who this is for

A team past first traction, fielding security questionnaires or enterprise deals, that needs a real security voice in the room without a full-time hire.

Who this isn’t for

If you need someone on-call for incidents, or a name on an attestation, this isn’t that engagement. Say so on the first call, and I’ll point you to the right kind of help.

Questions

What’s out of scope for the ten hours a month?

Incident response on-call, compliance attestation or audit sign-off, and hands-on implementation work. This is advisory time, spent on the decisions in front of you, not a support contract.

What happens if we need more than ten hours in a given month?

We talk about it before it happens. Scope creep gets flagged, not silently absorbed or silently billed. Pre-approved extra hours are billed at $400/hour in 15-minute increments.

Why a 3-month minimum?

Fractional security leadership is only useful once there’s continuity. Three months is roughly what it takes to actually get embedded in how your team ships, not just show up for a monthly call.

Can we cancel after the minimum?

Yes. It is month to month after the first three, with no long-term lock-in.
