Privacy notice

Your privacy matters

Effective August 9, 2026. Wanner Labs respects your privacy. This notice explains, in broad terms, how we handle information when you visit this site or get in touch.

Our promise

We collect and use information thoughtfully, only for legitimate business and service purposes. We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or trade it with data brokers.

We share information only when needed to run the site, respond to you, protect our services, provide a requested service, or meet a legal obligation. We expect the providers who support our work to handle information securely and for appropriate purposes.

Information we receive

We may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, and the contents of a message. We also receive limited technical information when your browser connects to the site. This helps us deliver pages, keep the site secure, understand general usage, and fix problems.

We do not seek out sensitive information, and we encourage you not to send passwords, API keys, confidential client information, or other secrets through the site.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use personal information for cross-site behavioral advertising. The site may use ordinary technical mechanisms needed to deliver pages, protect the service, or remember a choice, but we do not build advertising profiles about visitors.

How we use information

  • To operate, maintain, and secure the site.
  • To respond to you and provide services you request.
  • To improve reliability and understand general site usage.
  • To comply with applicable law and protect people and property.

We do not use information from this site to make decisions about your eligibility for credit, housing, employment, insurance, or similar services.

Service providers

A small number of trusted service providers help us host the site, deliver messages, maintain security, and provide requested functionality. They receive only information needed for those jobs. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate abuse or protect the rights and security of Wanner Labs, our users, or others.

Blast Radius Lab and model providers

The Blast Radius Lab is a fictional teaching simulation. Replay mode uses canned scenarios and deterministic fixture data; it does not call a model or interact with a live system.

If you explicitly choose Live mode, the Lab sends your selected scenario and controls, plus any optional custom payload, to our server. An eligible Live request may be sent to OpenRouter, which routes it to NVIDIA’snvidia/nemotron-3-ultra-550b-a55b:free model. The free endpoint is described as logging inputs for security and product improvement; OpenRouter and NVIDIA handle that information under their own terms and retention practices.

Do not enter passwords, API keys, confidential or regulated material, customer data, personal information, or any other PII into a custom payload. The Lab is not a place to test real data. The Lab code is designed not to log payloads, raw model output, or secrets itself; its operational store keeps rate and quota counters only, using a one-way IP hash for rate limiting.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including business, legal, and security needs. Contact messages may be retained for up to two years; other information may have different retention periods. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove its link to you when practical.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No internet service can promise absolute security, but protecting your information is part of how we operate.

Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, or provide a copy of personal information we hold about you. You may also ask questions about how we use it or request that we limit a use where local law gives you that right.

Submit a request by emailinghello@wannerlabs.com or by using the contact form and writing “Privacy request” in the message. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your request and will use that information only for verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If we cannot honor a request, we will explain why.

Children

This professional site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.

International visitors

Wanner Labs is operated from the United States. Depending on the services involved, information may be processed in the United States or elsewhere. Contact us if you have questions about a particular request.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when our collection, use, retention, or sharing practices materially change and will revise the effective date above. Questions about this notice can be sent tohello@wannerlabs.com.
